I’m super excited for the new year! I’ve never been a “resolutions” person, but this year is different. I’ve done a lot of soul searching and reflection and know there are some positive changes I want to make in my life and the beginning of a new year seems like a natural transition to put those changes into effect. So here it is, my little list o’ 2013 goals:
- Finish the Canyonlands Half Marathon in 2 hours or less.
- Do stretches from my physical therapist every day.
- Heal my injuries!
- Successfully complete my January Whole30.
