Hasta La Vista, 2012

I’m super excited for the new year! I’ve never been a “resolutions” person, but this year is different. I’ve done a lot of soul searching and reflection and know there are some positive changes I want to make in my life and the beginning of a new year seems like a natural transition to put those changes into effect. So here it is, my little list o’ 2013 goals:

  1. Finish the Canyonlands Half Marathon in 2 hours or less. 
  2. Do stretches from my physical therapist every day. 
  3. Heal my injuries!
  4. Successfully complete my January Whole30

That’s it! Excited to get going and document my progress. Cheers!
